Jeff Hendricks
Jeff Hendricks has been creating and building innovative, timeless architectural design for over 20 years - from distinctive homes, to boutique low- and mid-rise residential projects, to commercial projects as well. Throughout his career, Hendricks has maintained a steadfast commitment to creating a product that blends form and function with marketability for his discerning clientele.
From project inception to completion, Hendricks leverages his strategic alliances with internationally renowned design professionals, to ensure creativity and the highest standards of excellence and profitability. He’s been recognized not only for his award-winning building projects, but also for the preservation and restoration of historical homes.
Combining senior financial and managment acumen from previously running a corporate financial division of a well known Fortune 500 company, Jeff Hendricks also holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern Univerity and graduate studies at Babson College. In addition, Hendricks is a licensed builder, and Realtor in the state of Florida, where he resides since 1990. His previous exposure to living abroad in four continents has given him a unique international sensibility, which has informed his refined design approach and aesthetic. Hendricks’ appreciation for creating beauty is the perfect counterbalance to maximizing the profitability of a project.
